All the information you need:

When is it?

The two-part webinar will take place online at 6:30pm-8:30pm on Monday 28th September and Monday 5th October.

How much does it cost?

The cost for the program is $220 per person. This includes participation in a small group for both two-hour webinar sessions, written course materials, and exclusive access to recordings of the sessions afterwards. Limited places are available.

Who is it for?

Voice Care Essentials is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to use their voice optimally and to look after their voice. It will be particularly beneficial to anyone who has experienced vocal fatigue or loss of voice. It will also be of interest to those whose work places demands on their voice due to public speaking or roles where the voice is competing against background noise, including:

  • Teachers
  • Fitness instructors
  • Call Centre staff
  • Customer service staff
  • Hospitality staff
  • Entertainers

The program is not exclusive to these industries, however. Registration is open to anyone for any reason.

The emphasis is towards learning and practicing techniques for good vocal health and healthy voice production. Over two online sessions, the content will cover:

  • Important aspects of vocal hygiene (looking after your voice)
  • Understanding vocal anatomy and physiology, i.e. how does your voice work?
  • Learning healthy voicing techniques, incl. exercises for breathing and techniques for healthy voice production
  • Opportunities to practice and receive feedback on practical techniques
