Training Course: Dyslexia for Speech Pathologists: Clinical Impact

Suitable for: Speech pathologists working in paediatric, school-based, or private practice settings, as well as clinicians supporting literacy, language, and learning difficulties.

This professional development workshop strengthens speech pathologists’ understanding of dyslexia and their role in assessment and intervention. Participants will explore how reading develops, the underlying causes of dyslexia, and how to translate assessment findings into practical, evidence-based support for clients. The session emphasises clinical reasoning, shared reflection, and applied strategies that can be used immediately in practice.
