This professional development program supports educators to deepen their understanding of attachment and children’s emotional needs in early learning environments. Across eight weekly sessions, participants explore how secure relationships underpin regulation, wellbeing, language, and social development, while learning practical ways to strengthen connection and safety in everyday practice.
Grounded in decades of research, COSC™ is a reflective, discussion-based program using visual frameworks and guided conversation to support meaningful professional insight and relational change.
